Registering a client is very simple: fill out the electronic client registration form on the Agent Portal, which you will access immediately after becoming our partner, or call/write to your personal manager. In any case, the client’s data will be registered under your name. You will always know the stage of the deal.

Receiving Your Commission

Since our work is paid by the property seller in Thailand, the partner commission is disbursed only after the seller transfers the agency fee to our company. This process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for secondary properties and 3 to 5 weeks for new developments.
